U' Cecere Agriturismo - AGROPOLI

Michele and his future wife were welcoming us. Under his busy work, Michele took me and my husband to his farm to show his animals in the morning. He takes good care of various kinds of animals. We only could stay there for a short time and would love to revisit there and stay longer next time!

We went there for our last dinner before our return to France, we expected to have good time. Unfortunately the welcome and the service are carried out by never smiling guys. We wanted our dinner on the terrace, but it was exposed to strong wind so we withdrew inside. To be fair the charcuterie was excellent and the pasta quite good. When we wanted to leave it took a very very long time to get the check, and we had to let the cash on the table as nobody came to take it and say goodby. Too bad.

We came to U'Cecere to have lunch and went for the recommendation of the house: First the antipasti from the house with ricotta, bufala mozzarella, prosciutto, parmigiana and veggies, then the best ravioli I have had for a long time. The were filled with goat cheese and served with a tasty tomato sauce.

Ammetto che sono uno che soffre il calore, scoprire che avremmo cena su quella terrazza di spesa (anche per la colazione era la svolta della serata. gli ottimi e variegati antipasti con qualche guizzo di originalità (che era polenta di ceci e sedano? Abbiamo scelto di stare alla proprietà per tenerci lontani dal caos di agropoli, e infatti è stato bello svegliarsi con il corvo, immerso nel verde e poi fare colazione guardando la vigna accanto, assaporando i frutti appena raccolti. posizione strategica per chi deve andare a paestum e poi vuole trascorrere la serata in agropoli.
