The fish was fresh and tasty and we enjoyed the maki rolls. Ordering on your phone was tedious, it would be easier to do on an iPad but everything came out quickly. They messed up our order twice but staff was friendly about correcting our check. A bit expensive for such basic service, but quality food.Food: 5/5
I eat here a lot. The service is good attentive wait staff. The sushi is nothing fancy. But closer to local expectations. The price has gone up considerably. But still not Waikiki pricesFood: 4/5
It was alright ? but it tasted ? better in the good old dayz ...we still tip 20% of bill and servers don't really do much cuz everything is like seldom serve...u scan bar code to review menu and order u food..then food zips to u on a rail..grab u r food..then press rtn button for rail...so feel tip should be less if we not getting full service ?
A new Genki Sushi at Pearlridge's food court, it was not so busy. The food was good. I had the stuffed mushrooms. Two were average size, only one was the customary large. (Honestly, the stuffed mushrooms I ate at genki ward were super better! They were uniformly bigger and they really loaded on the crab meat, cheese, mayo, tobiko, topping on each mushroom). I hope this new restaurant would be as generous with their portions, too! Very nice servers at Pearlridge.
