I enjoy going here every week. Nice relaxing atmosphere, pet friendly, kids friendly, decent parking, great vendors.
A hidden farmers market next to the Sears building. Were enjoying the famous Puchies shave ice they use juice purees in there syrups freshly made. Very unique coconut cream toppings Wow! Once they sell out there done for the day. 8 12AM sat.
The Pearlridge Farmers Market is every Saturday and takes up a majority of the top floor of the mall parking lot on the mauka side. This Saturday market is open until noon! I usually come here on the Saturdays that I sleep in and can't make it to my the other Farmers' markets that usually wrap up at 11 am. Another perk is that there's plenty of parking, and I've never had issues getting in and out. There's about 20 vendors each week and they seem pretty consistent. Only 3-4 of them actually sell produce, but you can find some interesting produce that you may not be able to find in normal grocery stores. We recently saw galangal, which is like a spicer ginger. This is mostly a spot for food vendors- I'm a big fan of the Thai food, Chinese dim sum, and juice company. Honorable mention to the Lillikoi and coconut poi vendor! There's a covered seated area for you to enjoy your meals in the shade. And every week that I've come there has been live local music! I bet this farmers market is a lot better earlier in the day. But for me, I'm just glad that it's open later than other markets in town and there's always some good stuff left even at 11-11:30. The smaller market size also allows you to really do a thorough walk-thru to see what's available from everyone before making your purchases. Overall, everyone that participates in this farmers market is really nice and gives great customer service. On top of that, the ease of parking and central location makes it really convenient.
So many nice people, vendors and customers. Music and food all wonderful. Relaxing under the tent eating our food, drinking tea, listening to wonderful Hawaiian music and meeting new friends! Our favorite Farmers market. Small but full of life!
