Au Verre Lent - Aiguilles

Great place where conviviality is there thanks to phiphi and its famous brassero. We spent some memorable evenings.

A friendly place: Discussion at the foot of the brasero, quality dishes, a unique concept.. We feel like home! Food is paid by weight, a good way to fill the stomach without waste. A tip, if you pass through the lane, go take a look at the neck and take a hint to the boss for me!

My only regret is that a bar of this acabit is not present on Paris. No waste here. You choose which amount of food you want (150g, 200g or 300g of blueberry pie for example) and you pay your plate to kg. I really loved this innovative concept but yet so simple. A tip: Stop tasting one of the mojitos made by the manager. I've rarely had a cocktail so well prepared! (One of the guys in the group of four blocking the pool :D)
