Burger King - Aiken

I was in the mood for a bacon cheeseburger, so I decided to hit the Drive Thru. Joe took my order, and he was very friendly and polite. When I arrived to pick up my food, he and another young man—whose name I didn't catch—ensured that my order was correct. It was a very enjoyable experience overall. Great job, Burger King!

I was under the impression that this place opened at 6 a.m., as stated online. I simply wanted an iced coffee before heading to work, so I arrived at 6:45. I waited at the speaker for a few minutes, but no one came to take my order. I then moved to a window seat and waited there for a few more minutes, but still, no one approached me. I could hear staff talking in the restaurant, but it seemed no one was willing to take my order. Overall, it was a disappointing experience due to poor customer service.

Consistency in a chain store is key. Burger King makes my favorite breakfast sandwich. But this store consistently screws it up every time. If you can go to a different BK, do it.

Not open at 1:30 pm on a Sunday when they are supposed to be open. Several cars in drive thru left. Knocked on drive thru window because I had placed and been charged for an online order...no response. Food delivery semi trailer was there and the driver said nobody was inside to receive their food.

Manager on duty Cameron store #11630. Pulled into to drive thru was asked to park and wait. The African American girl on left was the one who brought out food. While walking to car food was dropped onto ground contents of bag spilling everywhere. She stated Sandwiches are ok you can eat them. Asked her to remake all the food. She proceeded to argue with us in unprofessional way on how food was still good. We let her walk away. We then pulled back through drive through to request money back. Manager gave money back without issue. After hearing what employee did she looked at her and said why did you do that.
