I truly appreciate having this market nearby and have generally been very satisfied with their products and services. The staff are usually friendly and helpful throughout the store. However, on my last two visits, I encountered an issue in the deli department. After serving the customer next to me, the employee walked away and ignored me, heading to the far counter to drink their iced beverage. After several minutes of waiting, I decided to continue my shopping. When I returned to the deli counter, the employee still didn’t acknowledge me and continued with other tasks. I registered my complaint at the checkout and left. I sincerely hope this issue will be addressed. Thank you in advance, JWilson.

I absolutely love this market! The produce is incredibly fresh, featuring a fantastic selection of greens, organic options, beautiful fruits, and seasonal vegetables. Each week, there are new dishes to sample, exciting products to discover, and budget-friendly meal options. I no longer need to look elsewhere for my food, beverages, flowers, cards, or gifts. The best part is that the staff at Fresh Market are always helpful and friendly, which makes shopping here a truly delightful experience. With its variety, cleanliness, and quality, Fresh Market meets all my grocery needs and keeps my family and me happy and healthy.

Nice store, really Friendly working associates. Largest assortment of product of a FM in Sc I have been in. All the Produce was fresh as it could be for inside market. Ms Brenda is a gift to that store. Her talents are worth my time and money. Baskets I saw she put together was a job of a person with know how. The front end lady older and tall had me feeling like I was just the only one on the planet so nice . I will be there soon to see the bakery in action once More. That's good work. Lots of new items plus still great FM brands.

On July 20th, 2022 I ordered a Carrot Cake for my mother's 102nd birthday for pickup 1 week later (it was a pretty special day and wanted to make sure I got her cake). On scheduled day, I went in and no cake...they had the order on the wall posted, but no cake. Today I tried to order a cake for my wife. They had the cake, but no one to write Happy Birthday...was told I should have ordered it earlier in the week! So, ordered it 7 days in advance and they blow it. Order it 2 days in advance and too late. Good news is I have found a bakery that will deliver what they promise and I will no longer use the bakery at Fresh Market.
