Nice relaxed pub with darts, pool table and Nintendo! Great burgers! Good place to hang out in Montalbert.

This is a convenient friendly bar with good service . The Mont Blanc beers are excellent especially the IPA . Good amusements with pool table and table football together with live UK football on the tv . The live music night was good entertainment.

I stayed in Montalbert with a group of friends this February and had spotted the White Bear as a potential dinning and drinking venue online prior to leaving the uk. The bar proved to be a great find. Open every day it ranged from relaxed...and peaceful on some evenings with a great selection of local beers on tap and friendly staff and a selection of games to entertain us, all the way to cocktail serving, disco dancing, late night fun. We all ate there and had a selection of pizzas and burgers, everything was delicious and we all left full and happy, with carry-out for those who couldn’t quite finish their pizza at the table. Over the course of the week we were made to feel really welcome and the staff entertained us, chatted and even put up with us on our later nights out . I have to add an extra special thank you, as when I mislaid my phone at the end of the week James and his team went out of their way to help track it down and sent it back to me in the uk! No mean feat I am sure. I can not recommend the White Bear enough. Support this great bar and sample their food, beer and cocktails you won’t be disappointed. Also they are polite enough to refrain from any comments on how inebriated one might have been or how questionable ones dancing may have become
