Pizza Hut - Ainsworth

Absolutely terrible experience. Waited an additional half hour for my food which should’ve been ready when I arrivednot to mention I stood there for 20 minutes without even being acknowledged. The card reader was down and they weren’t able to provide me with a receipt which was very frustrating. Someone in front of me asked for more Buffalo sauce on their pizza, and they were rude to her and wouldn’t accommodate her simple request. I had asked for extra sauce on my pizza, and it was dry as the Sahara. Will not be back.

Ordered over the phone. Pizza was ready when expected, and delicious as usual!

Ugh I 'm so tired of Ainsworth Pizza Hut being a joke. A few years ago it was always good food with great, reliable service. I just think well, I 'll try one more time how bad can it be? Well this might finally be the last time. I went to pick up my carry out and it took over 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my existence. There was no one else waiting and there were 2 guys making pizzas. Both looked at me several times but didn 't say anything so I assumed someone else was supposed to be helping me, but they were busy or something. But no, eventually one of the guys came to get me my order. How about a we 'll be right with you , or wait a moment please ? Nothing. When I got home to eat my food, there was not one single piece of chicken in my chicken Alfredo pasta. The cheese sticks were doughy or soggy or something I 'm not sure if they weren 't fully cooked or if they had somehow gotten moist on the bottom. Not good. Possibly my worst experience with Pizza Hut yet and I 've had plenty.

Not very happy with the Pizza Hut here in Ainsworth Ne for you can't get pizza till after four in the afternoon
