McDonald's - Airdrie

Why! They say if you keep doing the same thing with the same results it’s insanity! Why do I keep going thinking it will change. My order is always wrong! The coffee tasted like it had chemicals in it once and cold because I’m assuming it was sitting all night as I ordered it through drive through at 5 ish AM! and they made me pay for a second! It’s not like I have time to sit in drive through to get the order fixed! I pay for something and get half the order, the wrong order, a cold order! I’ve tried other McDonalds with the same results! What is going on!!!! This one is the worst one though! I thought Saturday at 9:30 it might be different then 5am. I don’t go at 5am anymore! But nope!!! The same! The staff are always friendly and chipper but geez! Why!?!?!?

I ordered the Junior Chicken and it was delicious! The service was fast, the food was fresh, and the restaurant was clean. This McDonald's is a great place to visit, especially if you're looking for a quick in-and-out experience.

Every time I have visited this restaurant recently, I have been consistently asked to wait at the front of the store for my food, regardless of whether I am ordering a Happy Meal and a McDouble or multiple meals. This can be frustrating, especially when my food is ready by the time I park. It seems they are trying to improve their drive-thru times, but this time I have been waiting for over 10 minutes and still do not have my order. It is frustrating to see other vehicles also waiting. A Chicken Nugget kids meal and two McDouble meals should not take this long to prepare.

Do not visit this particular McDonald's if you can help it. Visit any other location in Airdrie instead. Today, we purchased 2 large coffees, both with 2 creams. One was hot and the other was lukewarm, tasting like tap water and undrinkable. We only realized this issue after leaving the drive-thru and getting on the highway. During a previous visit, we ordered table service and waited over an hour for our food. Despite inquiring about our order twice, we were told they were "busy". Eventually, after waiting at the counter, our food arrived, but it was incorrect and missing items. Avoid this location.

The management has recently declined significantly. There seems to be a lack of care and quality control. I received a severely flattened bagel with cream cheese instead of the sausage and egg bagel I ordered. Unfortunately, this time I didn't have any luck. However, at least I didn't have to wait long like I usually do. If I had actually received my sandwich, they probably would have had to compensate me.
