Papa John's Pizza - Airdrie

On a Friday evening, the place expects to do full. To my surprise, the order confirmation ?15 min?. Check the app a while later and order was ready for pickup. There's the place full of moving people waiting for their orders. Mine was not ready, of course, 10 minutes. Came back, not ready yet, told another 10-15min. Not ready yet. Another 5 minutes pass and the order is finally finished. But the girl behind the counter did not have the customer service skills to at least fluctuate to tell me that the order is ready while I wait outside the whole time. Never again, you have to appreciate your customers. Customer service is dead today

Terrible quality. After years of ordering Papa John?s, this Airdrie site is short. Terrible quality and not enough toppings. It seems to me that they would not follow the franchise recipes.

Ordered papa John's recently. This site is very busy. Pizza was hot and tasted great. Sauce is a little sweet and people were coming and going like crazy. Lots of topping options and pizza sizes and the staff is very friendly, courteous and quick to get your food to you quickly.

Got my order wrong and hanged up repeatedly when I tried to call in about the misorder. Completely unacceptable and extremely disappointed. Ordered a 14inch pepperoni stuffed crust with extra cheese got only cheese. Edit solved the issue with communication

Literally the worst pizza I?ve had in my life. Crust is like soggy cardboard. Arrived cold. No flavour. This pizza cost me $35 with delivery and tip ??
