Sbarro - Airdrie

For being a Sbarro . This place is on the lower end. I ordered a ham and pineapple,when I went to eat my slice there was zero ham on my pizza. Crust and topping's are weak. It's a hard pass .

Totally worst experience of my life, employees were totally stupid, they were laughing, and I throwout the whole pizza

Been to a ton of different Sbarros, congrats to this one for being the worst. the Girl taking my order looked like she needed to shower, didn’t feel great about her touching my food. The whole time she’s serving me she’s laughing and holding paper plate in front of her face so she can talk to her colleagues without any of the customers seeing her. Not sure which customer she was talking about but we all felt uncomfortable. Not sure how she can get picking a piece of pizza up and putting it in the oven, wrong. But twice she managed it, so that was impressive lol. Horrendously unprofessional, pizzas looked under cooked. Really liked the texting while working concept they have, 4 people behind the counter, 2 of the 4 were texting while serving....terrible. The girl needs some serious training on just everything.

Not even 1 star.. Worst customer service, the guys were laughing while taking the order..Felt so uncomfortable.

Had a Hawaiin Pizza and a cold pasta salad. Pizza wasn't so good. Below average I'd say. Salad tasted fresh and great with Italian Dressing. Hence 3 stars. Cheers
