The Chopped Leaf - Airdrie

I used to really enjoy Chopped Leaf and this particular location, but my experience today was disappointing. First, the store had brochures about their points and rewards program, but the staff said they were new and didn’t know how it worked. I ordered my daughter her favorite cranberry sandwich and some quesadillas, but when I got home, I found the quesadillas were burnt and the cranberry sandwich was soggy. This is not how it used to be. I called the restaurant, but there wasn't a manager on duty. The person who answered my call mentioned that since they were in training, I could either be reimbursed or have the same meal credited to my profile. They apologized for the situation, but I hope this issue is brought to the manager’s attention.

Super clean and friendly staff. Owners are wonderful. Freshest food in town. Definitely recommend. This is the best chopped leaf I've had and I'm from Calgary. Absolutely wonderful!

The food and service here are fantastic, yet some people seem to complain excessively. Meanwhile, there are others who are struggling to find enough to eat, facing far more serious issues. It's hard to understand how someone can fuss over a slightly wilted piece of lettuce or a missing piece of chicken when so many people in the world are dealing with much graver challenges.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and I absolutely loved the food. The service was excellent, and I will definitely be returning for more!

I have to commend the lady who works the lunch shift ALONE. I’m honestly shocked that they only schedule one person over lunch time but she handles herself so well. Stays calm when there is a rush and she takes all of the orders, makes the food and delivers it to the table on her own. She is friendly and my food was delicious.
