The Garden Bistro - AIRLIE BEACH

We made our reservation online through their website, but were met with a rather curt reception when we arrived. It seemed that our booking didn’t matter at all, and we only found one table that was always available. The place was quite busy, but we were grateful to secure a table for our party of four. The employee who greeted us seemed rather annoyed. On a positive note, the food and drinks were both good and reasonably priced. The bartender was very friendly and even checked in with us about our meal as they were closing for the night.

We had an amazing time at this restaurant! The cocktails were fantastic, and my partner absolutely loved the fish and chips. Sitting outside was enjoyable, and the service was excellent. We will definitely return the next time we're in Airlie Beach!

We were informed that reservations didn't really hold significance and that we should just sit wherever a table was available. The place was quite busy, but thankfully, we managed to find a table for our group of four. It felt like the staff member who greeted us was rather overwhelmed. However, the food and drinks were enjoyable and reasonably priced. The bartender was quite friendly and even asked how our meal was as they were closing up for the night.
