We always get back when we get home from the capanna garzonera. I always imagine how this one must have bruised when there was no autobahn tunnel. the patina of the 70s have something nice and I like to sit inside and let the mood work. the pizzas are among the best in the ticino. pizza, pasta, merlot bianco or rosso - I like the barbera especially.A strong ristretto and grappa and I am a happy camper! airolo and its surroundings I discover over and over again. over pesciüm to lago tremorgio hiking e.g. or the bavonatal when the passway is too. piora round hike - best surf on airolo.ch. I am sure they will look at the region with other eyes. hüttentipps: corno gries, piansecco and cadlimo at the ritomsee.
We were here for dinner. minestrone very good. polenta also with stein mushrooms. the Belgian beer excellent. salate are obviously not a strength of the kitchen: the sauces we found well, the mix of finished salads directly from the refrigerator did not enthusiastic us. but one finds on the map other eating, of which we assume they are good. next time I try a pizza.
