They are clean and have nice attitude s as far as customer service. Food is made up right. Nice location

I’ve always gone here for the convenience, but recognized that other Chipotles are cleaner, fully staffed, and better organized. This location seems to be woefully understaffed most of the time, and I’m guessing that leads to unsanitary conditions. The counters are usually dirty, and there’s visible cross contamination in the food. I’ve finally had enough after waiting for 25 minutes with only 4 people in front of me. This was a Friday at 5 pm and TWO people were working. I felt so horrible for those two women. No one in the back doing online orders, so they were doing the very best they could. Shame on whoever owns this location because they aren’t doing enough to keep their staff, and I wouldn’t want to work at a place that doesn’t give me what I need to succeed either. I’ll be driving an extra 5 minutes up 270 next time to the second closest chipotle, and this decision took me far too long to come to. To the employees at this location- find a better job at a place that values you as a human being. You’re all wonderful and doing the best you can, but your franchise owner clearly doesn’t care about you.

I LIVE CLOSER TO THE LOCATION ON LINDBERGH .BUT IF YOU READ THE REVIEW I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THAT LOCATION AGAIN THIS IS MY NEW SPOT EVERYBODY IN THEIR MAMA NEED TO COME HERE IT'S SO MUCH BETTER.THE STAFF ATR BETTER. THE PLACE IS CLEANER. ITS A BETTER VIBE. ILL SPEND MY TIME DRIVING THE EXTRA 20MINS FOR THE BETTER SERVICE.

Why must I beg for more ?! I understand keeping cost down, but dang please give fair portion size for amount Im paying...I only order veggie bowl it 's frustrating to have to keep asking for MORE..Also young guy made me want to say forget it walk out...it 'll be a long while b4 I return
