Mcdonald's - Airport Township

Nobody and I mean nobody around at 915pm to take order at drive thru.

Flooded drive thru, poor language skills of the cashiers, trash literally everywhere.

This McDonalds used to be one of the best ones but when I was last there it has completely changed. A young girl was cursing at the window infront of me as if it was ok to do. I hoped they fired her cause this has left a bad taste in my mouth. The evening or night manager was informed.

There's a split drive thru at this location, I went to the left was put on hold for 10 minutes watching multiple cars go through the other side. When I finally had the availability to back out and go to the other side someone else pulled up to my original lane and their order was taken immediately and they were screamed at. Customer service here is a joke. If I wasn't picking up preordered food for a group I would have been long gone.

Take your order at 2nd window. No ice for soda . The area that you see while waiting looks like could use some power washing . needs new management.
