Birchwood Cafe - Aitkin

We arrived to find five uncleaned tables, making it challenging to find a place to sit. To add to that, we saw two groups who arrived after us getting their orders taken before we did! On a positive note, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. However, every customer had to wait around 10 minutes at the register for an employee to assist them with payment.

We visited for the fish house parade and enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Farmland Cafe.

It has already closed after just six weeks! The food service was terrible, and the staff seemed completely lost.

The pancakes are fantastic and fill your plate generously. The biscuits and gravy are also excellent. The beef sandwich is delightful. The service is great, with friendly servers. I will definitely be returning!

Understaffed, cold food, sorry! We had hoped for better and the Cafè was very busy but it just didn’t work out
