L'Opera - Aix-en-Provence

The restaurant was almost empty at 9:00. Presentation of the seven-hour Lamb was unique and it was delicious. The other elements on the plate were forgotten. However, the house vin rouge was excellent.

We have dinner at the opera last night and I can only advise you to this restaurant. rare quality work in a star-free establishment. How beautiful! the frame is friendly and all the staff. only small dish there is only one choice of meat and fish so for some I understand that it is a bit short but it guarantees the freshness and seasonality of the products. Thank you for this great time.

Kitchen with great finesse and a really gourmet quality that accompanies wonderfully with a service combining simplicity, spontaneity and conviviality. A very pleasant discovery... to Chief Clément for his exploits.

From crossing to aix in Provence for the holidays, we came to dinner at the Opera and spent a great time. the server is top, total control of its card and its products, very good advice, it was very friendly and smiling.
