Nice concept, cabbages are good. The packaging was more qualitative and treated before, damage is a classic packaging now. Unfortunately the service is to be reviewed and that is why I would no longer order.

I love cabbage and get used to big cabbage houses in Paris like Popelini or Dunes Blanches. From Aix, I decided to go home to Mr. Chou to taste my favorite pastry and what disappointment!!! Too dry paste and fillings that lack finesse. It is not given to everyone to make the perfect cabbage paste, one that does not soften quickly, but that at the same time is not too dry... The one of Popelini for example was created in association with Michalak and is perfect!

I had a great time. Excellent reception, delicious pastries, very good infusion.All is extra.
