Everything is fresh, even desserts. I went there twice in two weeks at the end of the day and they don't have much left, which is reassuring (they rotate their products and refute the dishes daily), I loved their noodles with shrimp (picture) flat sweet salty and slightly raised, their spring rolls are really good too. As for their desserts, their coconut beads are good (fresh the rice paste is not dry at all) but the others, of which I do not know the name, are even better. They have two types; soy/vanilla and soy/cococo. They arrive on Friday, they order them to a specialized pastry shop. What I like is stuffing, not so much crust! Cantonese rice does not match what is found in other shops but it is still good. The bosses can make commercial gestures, which is very pleasant.
