Very friendly and polite the hinger tastes fresh and above all my DAILY high impact aci with calcium density boost with ginger and collagen powder boost just over $12 and they do not waste any of it in the juicer, if the cup is full the remaining is given to you in small cup so you do not loose anything no one Booster Juice in Durham does it they need to learn from this Harwwood Ave in Ajax. Love the juice 5 star from me in everything
I didn't receive the correct item that I ordered. I requested a drink called "mind over matcha" but instead received something called "matcha monsoon". Despite it being clearly listed on the receipt, there was no way to correct the order or receive a refund. The drink was poorly mixed and the sticker on the cup was covered and soggy. Overall, I was very unsatisfied with my order.
Gave it a 2 star only because I’ve been to this location years ago and the drinks were great. Went there today 6:35pm. Was looking at the menu noticed that the drink I always order (at another location) was not there. So upon me scanning the menu, the individual sighed, rolled her eyes, and said “here” while putting a menu in my face. I looked, not that I had much choice, and asked if the menu had changed. She replied “yea”. After tapping her pen for 40 seconds … she then said to me “let me know when you’re ready to order”, and walked away out of sight… so I walked out. Customer service is everything today my visit was a total turn off. I’ll stick to my other location.
I have only been to this restaurant a few times, and on two occasions, the employees forgot to put the booster in my smoothie.
