Boston Pizza - Ajax

Can I give a 0 star out of 5???I Haven’t been to Boston pizza in 10 years. Should have kept that streak going. It was 4pm on a Sunday. The place was dead. Came in with a party of 6. 4 adults and 2 toddlers.Went to order nachos to start and the server had to check to see if they had the ingredients to make. Should have got up and left then. Ordered drinks including the special drinks that came with the kids meal. A special lemonade that tasted like tonic water. Maybe an issue with the soda machine. We then ordered everyone’s meals. Keep in mind the place was dead including the bar. Kids meals came out first. 35-40 minutes later the adults meals came out. Toddlers at this point were fed up and wanted nothing more to do with colouring.The orders were;2 orders of ribs and fries, 1 power bowl and a beefdip sandwich. Both sets of ribs were inedible. Covered in sauce to hide that the ribs were all fat and silverskin not removed.Both orders of ribs were left untouched apart from initially trying a rib and just consuming some fries. Coleslaw wasn’t touched because it tasted funky. The beef dip sandwhich was cold along with the dip being cold. Power bowl was a hit though. I guess 1/4 isn’t bad right? When the server came to clear the table she asked if we wanted to pack up the ribs. We said no. Full plates left untouched you think she would ask if there was anything wrong with the meal. She didn’t. Wont be returning. Time to start another 10 year streak!!

If you enjoy soup, I recommend trying the Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo at this restaurant. However, if you prefer pasta dishes, I would suggest looking elsewhere. The Alfredo sauce is very watery and gathers at the bottom of the plate, leaving the noodles without much flavor. Additionally, the service and ambiance at this establishment are lacking.

We ordered a takeout jambalaya fettuccine from Tuesday pasta menu and the taste was not good. Even the quantity was way less than when we get this from other BP locations. Looks like they might be reducing quantity bcz Tuesday any pasta on the menu is $14.99. So wouldn’t recommend this location atleast for takeout. Don’t waste your money.

Had great experiences here. Been here a few times now as we love coming for the trivia nights and the service is always great. Management seems to really care about the service, customers and the staff. Food and drinks are great. Would recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at Boston Pizza's Halloween event for kids. My young child got their face painted and had fun coloring with crayons. The food and atmosphere were excellent as well.
