In a nutshell: Talented and personable chef with great dishes and a variety of dishes spanning West Indian to North American with a dynamic menu selection that changes constantly (Use Instragram to see menu choices of the day) Atmosphere is great and chef is very personable. If you are new to some West Indian dishes or have a question about a menu item you can ask the chef and he will explain. Dishes are unique and you are getting a Queen Street T.O. vibe in Ajax. Not sure if it is a deliberate fusion but a flare added to typical dishes (e.g Coconut Cream pie with coconut pieces, 100% All beef burger with a nice coleslaw topping, salmon and jerk chicken tacos with a variety of items that paired well). Items are extremely well priced and since the menu is changing constantly you can never really get bored with the menu selection. Definitely a place to check out on Instagram and see what they have to offer. If you are local to Durham give it a try and check it out.

Kwasi is a deeply warm and bright soul. A true testament of man with talent. His food is awesome. If you want a slice of Heaven, then you need to stop in and get yourself some of his wonderfully tasty food. His staff is amazing and the vibes are truly out of this world.
