Harvey's - Ajax

Not going back to this location. They refused to give me plum sauce for my onion rings, said the sauce is only for nuggets. Wouldn't even sell it to me. Absolutely ridiculous to be a food place but refuse to offer certain items. Get new management.

I went in on a Thursday at 11am and it was fantastic. My food was cooked fresh, tasted delicious, and customer service was great! Special shout out to Jessica for being so nice! She made the experience even better!

Hey, I recently had an amazing experience at the Harvey’s and wanted to share my thoughts on one of your employees. Riya was incredibly friendly, attentive and provided excellent service throughout my meal. Their positive attitude and attention to detail really enhanced my dining experience. Natasha is the type of person that can really lift your spirits when you are feeling down. Natasha did not know this, but my boyfriend is currently admitted to the Ajax hospital, and I just stepped out to get a quick bite to eat. Natasha was very friendly when I placed my order, offering to upsale me to a larger onion ring and a larger chocolate shake, which I did. Natasha also asked if I would like to purchase apple pies, which I always appreciate being informed of menu items that I'm not always aware of. When I got to the window to pay, it was so nice to see a friendly smiling face. I commented on Natasha's lovely nails, and while we were waiting for my food, we just talked as two women who like getting our nails done. In that moment, even though Natasha was unaware of my situation, it was what I really needed, some nice conversation with a sweet person. Not to mention, the food was delicious. Thank you Natasha for not only having the customer service skills that would make any person want to come back to her location, but for the friendly chat that I really needed to take my mind off of my troubles. Natasha, you really don't know how much it meant to me. Keep smiling and spreading that infectious cheer. Harvey's, listen up!!! This is EXACTLY the type of person that you want representing you!!! Today, l had a wonderful experience, I order the veggie Burger combo, it did not dissappoint. Service was great and my burger hot and fresh. Jessica took my order, she was very friendly, I was greeted with a beautiful smile and magdelin made my burger tasty and nice. I recommed trying this location. 10 out of 10.
