Starbucks - Ajax

December 09 -09:42 AM /Saturday a woman with curly hair just by the drive thru window her name is- Kladdejkah or something like this ..she was being very unhygienic using bare hands to prepare and touching food and using same hands to put stuff in the garbage bin. Gross!

Love coming to this location, friendly baristas and great atmosphere.

Great service! I never had a bad experience at Starbucks. It doesn’t matter what location I have visited. The service remains consistent from what I have experienced. Even at their busiest. Keep it up!!

Staff are very kind and drink was absolutely perfect but the drive through wait time was horrendous. I highly doubt it is the employees fault, most likely district management not employing enough people or not turning off mobile orders.

Best Starbucks I have been to in North America. (I wrote this 10 months ago) and I truly believed it.In the last 2-3 months this Starbucks has changed. They used to be the Starbucks that I made people make the drive to as the service and people were amazing.In the last month my drink which is just a coffee with syrup and cream has been wrong more than it’s right which is very unfortunate.I understand that being near two high schools can make you jaded, but I’m in every day 5 days a week, when I order on the app I always tip. Two weeks ago my order was never right, so I have decided to take a break from Starbucks all together.I really love Starbucks, however instead of giving me 12 dollars credit, fix the culture at the store level.
