バー ロータス - Akita

At the end of November, my wife and I were happy to come away for a few days to visit Akita. We stayed at Akita Castle Hotel (which we enjoyed very much), but the highlight was this jewel of a bar at the Hotel Bar Lotus. Although Covid precautions were taken, we could enjoy several cocktails. The bar was empty except my wife, me and a very professional and friendly bartender. What I found most impressive was her cocktail menu, undoubtedly the most extensive I saw in Japan. The precision in the production of our drinks, including the hand carving of clear ice, which could be used in our cocktails could not be overlooked. The cocktails were great! I recommend Bar Lotus.
