MANAGER BETTER READ THIS. every time I go into the store, it smells so bad and the customer service is horrible. I just ordered there from DoorDash and I scheduled it to come in the morning and it never came. I had to cancel it and get credits. and the last time I ordered with DoorDash from here it was honestly soggy and so disgusting. I was very very disappointed. I walked in there one time, stood in the lobby for like 10 minutes, and no one even came to the front. There were buckets everywhere catching drips from the floor. just from the looks of it, doesn’t seem like the back would be any cleaner.
I wanted to compliment the chef; but, this location does not have a phone. I came in a few weeks ago with my brother. It’s a bit chilly but very clean. Today I wanted breakfast in bed so I ordered through Uber. I like how they package their food. There’s a layer for your pancakes and a layer for your bacon, eggs, and home fries. The orange juice comes with a sticker on it. It drives me crazy when they don’t seal beverages through delivery places. I’ve ordered burgers and fries and they always come just like the picture! I wish they would have called me when they took the cookie dough pancakes off the menu… I think their food is reasonable -the meal was 12, oj 4 plus I tip generously through Uber. In my opinion Denny’s is more economical than Bob Evans’s… as long as you drink water lol
Today was experience. I order the grand slam and it was the worst. My bacon ? was see through pancakes burnt sausage undercooked. I will never from here. I tried to get through it but it was horrible. Also the crew didn’t greet and say if have an order grabbed and go.
The waitress/manager who was working on Christmas Day at 8:45 AM had the worst attitude I have ever encountered. We had placed an online order, which was confirmed by Denny’s, but when I reached out, the staff spoke to me as if I were incompetent and insisted that our order was not there, despite customer support confirming it went through. When we tried to speak with the manager, no one answered the phone or bothered to assist us. I have to mention the older woman in the photo, who was particularly unhelpful.
