Mr. Hero - Akron

Since they changed ownership, sandwiches been skimpy on the condiments. Steak deluxe, very little onion, and mushrooms. Just not the same service.

My Hero. . . . Mr Heroes is will always be ranked number one for Cheese steaks and Roman burgers.

Stopped in a few weeks ago to purchase some Romanburgers for a family lunch. The friendly staff made the order efficiently, and listened to the request to leave the devil's fruit off my sandwich. The Romanburgers even tasted good after a 20 min drive I can only imagine how good they'd be if eaten immediately. We'll be back!

I used doordash to purchase this Mr. Hero sandwich and I clearly asked for no mushrooms. It’s on the ticket that they printed! My sandwich was covered in mushrooms. I am absolutely disappointed because I love Mr. Hero and usually have no problems out of them. Such an unfortunate experience for me. This location will not be getting anymore service from me!

I visited 11/5/23. I order a 10 cheeseburger. I waited for sandwich to be made and still ended up with cold meat. How was that possible ? it's the reason I went there in first place. HOT, FRESHLY MADE. I didn't realize it til I got home. I should of checked before I left. So disappointed. REMIND u I already knew how much the sandwich cost, plus it's on the sign And the the worker still tried to over charge me. I can tell the place is being ran by a new owner..WHEW!! it used to be respectable place. I hope this don't continue ?
