Eating is good, the menu is varied, but I don't agree with their delivery fee of 4.99 it is much too high and papa john 's does not explain why we charge this fee along with what covers this fee. food: 5/5
We had a problem with an order. the sauce had been pushed and fermented near the heating rack. my man is a relaxing alcoholic, I called to let the load to see if they would pull the sauce before it served everyone else. Unfortunately, I spoke to a hired person who insisted that they don't eat badly. a manager heard them talk about it and decided to check for themselves and throw the whole set because they were bad. we received emails and phone calls apologise were offered free eating and was informed to the employee how they treated the situation. my man tried again tonight. I have placed an order for a small pizza, brotsticks and a few wings in the case that he does not like the sauce. at which point I was told that they had set up a mini fridge to store the sose so that it would not happen again. they have also updated our order. we will now be life-time customers because we have been heard and they set up a problem that might have caused problems to others. I am so proud of the management and how they have dealt with the situation. accidents happen, but how they fix it means everything. thanks for hearing and troubleshooting the problem.
Searched to order got 3 different quoted elevated prices on the same size as pizzas. clerk was kind of rude and angry maybe they were thin and super busy. So I decided that I shouldn't add to disturb that they have experienced, so that I rejected and called the command. instead I called uppercrust pizza.
Shout out to this store and their team, order wasn’t right and no hesitation to make it right, customer service and humanity is still alive! Great people and the pepperoni stuff crust is awesome, my high cholesterol and heart will thank me later, lol!
