Feedback gevenThe issue with the drinks and food, depending on who makes it, they have new people starting often and they aren’t blending the smoothies well and they don’t taste the same, then I ordered the bowl and kept stirring around and I found a piece of lettuce. I called the store and the guy just stated OK, didn’t apologize or anything just said ok
Been a pulp customer for over a decade. The staffing at this location is so sad….The wait times are so long and it’s overall probably the least inviting pulp experience I have had.I’m a regular.
Smoothie was good but the service was super slow. There were 2 other people ahead of me. It took 30 minutes to get my order. Maybe that's the norm but I wonder why the other person there wasn't helping out. Seems to me that if you have a backlog of people that the other person would help but she didn't.Food: 4/5
This pulp is horrible. The wait times are ridiculous for a smoothie. Last order I went online thinking it would help prevent a long wait, and I still waited 20 minutes in the lobby after the order was placed 20 minutes prior to that. Waiting 40 minutes for a smoothie is horrible. The workers are rude and unfriendly. Will not be going back to that pulp for sure.
Myself and my daughter went in in 4/13/23.We stopped in at 8:05 and was not greeted by the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. We ordered 2 smoothies and waited until 8:49 when we were handed our last smoothie. The 2 girls were the rudest and slowest, most unmotivated people to have ever been employed. The whole place was filthy and unkept. We’ve been going to this location for over 5 years and will never go back,I’m waiting on a call from the owner, which I knew wouldn’t be returned.Good luck.
