The long wait time was frustrating, and the service could have been better. However, the food was outstanding, and the drinks were quite enjoyable as well. Overall, I would rate the food a solid 5/5!

There should always be someone at the register! I was only the second person in line, and it took 17 minutes just to place my order. It was the worst experience!

Literals of the worst! they have 4 employees who are standing around, you should register at any time. Instead, the child with the glasses leaves the register to go to eat while the manager is right there. there we go again, kerl leaves register, it must always be a person on register! five people just left line what so reopened. the worst dies!

I love how they make my Frappuccino with Almond Milk. Best place ever. Most definitely will be back.

The service staff was rude and dismissive when I asked for ice while others were being served. When I mentioned that I was considering going to another place, she responded with a sarcastic "go ahead." I appreciate her "service."
