Swenson's Drive-in - Akron

Stopped on my way out of town what mistake ordered double cheeseburger with everything which I thought was mustard pickle and onion,however ketchup was added yuk ordered onion rings that were burnt and couldn't eat them,no more Swensons ever again, what's happened to this place, never again!

Just what the h , how do you mess up this bad, no pickles and mustard is on it, I’ve worked in the food industry to look to have little mess ups like this to even be happening, do better- a culinary chef

Two Dash orders two wrong orders. This location can’t even make their signature sandwich The Galley Boy correctly. Ordered two Galley Boys; one came with MOP and no tartar sauce the other with M and no special BBQ. Order before that I had an item completely omitted and the coney grilled cheese had no coney. If they mess up Dash orders deliberately because I’m not there to give a cash tip, that’s fine. I can get burgers and grilled cheeses Dashed from elsewhere.

Love the burgers. The food is always cooked fresh and the service is fast.

I've been a customer with Swenson's for over 45 years. Great food, good service. Never a disappointment!
