Swensons Drive In Restaurants - Akron

#foodadventures #burgerboys Just a small band of food enthusiast traveling the world... lead buy a couple burger lovers! Swenson has been on our list to try for awhile and today it was checked off. Well worth the trip burgers did not disappoint and we will be back for sure. P.S. top 3 best fried bologna sandwich I have ever had(maybe better than the burger)

I have been coming to this place since I was a baby. My father once worked at a place almost next door to Swensons back in the 40's when he was young...that place was called Bill's Drive in and it's long gone now. He said that even when he was young..he would get off work at Bills and go next door to Swensons for burgers. Now that's dedication! The food has always been worth the trek up the road! Glad I still live close by!!

My husband and I ate here for our first time yesterday. We both agreed that this place is absolutely a gem. The food was delicious and the wait staff were very fast. Super friendly place! Definitely returning.

Love this place! About a 30 minute drive, but always worth it. Food is always delicious and the service is always top notch! Worth 10 stars but 5 will suffice

This is the best place! My husband and I are from the area but moved to Dayton. Everytime we are in town we have to stop by, it's so good! I've never had a bad experience and everyone had been super great!
