Urbean Cafe - Akron

They claim to be open on Saturdays, but that’s not the case.

I recently visited Urbean Cafe and purchased a small black coffee and a muffin. Unfortunately, about three-quarters of the way through the muffin, it had a taste that resembled cleaning chemicals. I can't risk my health as a customer, so I won't be returning. As a frequent bus rider passing through the transit center, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and reasonable prices, but I encountered one rude employee who really dampened my experience. Some staff members could improve their service, but overall, most were courteous and helpful. I will definitely return.

Menu prices are double what is posted online. The staff was nice but I was not happy with the price gouge.
