One of the best places that serve authentic Egyptian food with kind of good prices in Zamalek, their sandwiches (especially Fool and Taa'miya) are the bomb, and their Koshary too, I didn't like the omelette sandwich, it was expensive and doesn't have anything other than a one egg scrambled egg!! still they have a wide range of variety so you won't get bored.
