It was great option for me. Old staff taking noticeable care of us. Currently the staff available are very cheap. Always there are something missing and very bad treatment to customers. I tried to ask them what did change, they are blaming their top management saying that the management has been changed and the focus now on how to reduce the cost only. Not how to make the customers satesfied. This become my last visit to SUBWAY.

Extremely poor management, and poor training provided. Basically this branch is losing customers faster than gaining them. Ironically they have state of the art tools and budget. I hope this branch closes for ever. Examples: no one ordered soup plates, poor cooperation and shouting between staff, slow service, and poor customer service.

Service went down, no beans in the store, you have to pay extra for avocados and dried tomatoes. In addition to the 32 sr u r paying for a sandwich, No pepper jack cheese in the store, no olive oil. Last time eating at subway Saudi Arabia.
