Twist Restaurant Intercontinental Al Khobar

My family and I attended the sushi festival at the InterContinental Khobar in Saudi Arabia on November 19, 2019. The food was subpar and hardly edible. The staff were exceptionally rude, refusing to believe our online reservations upon arrival. Eventually, they allowed us to be seated, only to ask us to move after 5 minutes without giving any reason. The rest of the evening continued to go downhill from there. We have never experienced such poor treatment at a restaurant before, and I will be warning my friends and family to steer clear of this dreadful hotel.

My family and I visited the Sushi Festival at InterCon Khobar (KSA) on November 19, 2019. The food was not to our liking and difficult to eat. The staff was extremely rude, the worst we have ever encountered. Even though we had made reservations online and showed confirmation, they did not believe us at first. Eventually, they allowed us to be seated but then asked us to move after only 5 minutes for no apparent reason. From then on, the evening went downhill. We were also overcharged for our meal. I will advise my friends and family to avoid this terrible hotel at all costs.

I will inform my friends and family to stay away from this terrible hotel!

However, after just 5 minutes of being seated, we were asked to move without any explanation. The rest of the dinner experience was disappointing and we will never be returning. I will be warning my friends and family to avoid this terrible hotel.
