Placed is packed on a weekday but definitely worth the wait! Ordered my all-time favorite sisig, ordered sinigang, salt&pepper squid, patis wings. Great service from very friendly staff! Definitely coming back
We dined at Manam Molito last night with my family (8 pax) and we had a great time. We were greeted by 2 gorgeous ladies (Anne was one of them) at the front desk and listed us for table queuing. While waiting, I used the restroom and saw one of the staff replenishing the toilet items and ensured the restroom was tidy before I use it. We were escorted by Anne to a clean table and gladly assisted us where to put the strolller of our toddler which will be convenient for everyone. Table was set promptly and glasses of water were served to everyone. Eugene took care of our orders and made sure it was served on time. Like Anne, Eugene was polite and welcoming. He puts a genuine smile while serving us even if the restaurant was busy and he was serving other tables us well. Anne and Eugene display positive body language to their customers making them feel they are welcome. Eugene pays attention to details, replenishing our glasses with water from time to time. After dinner, they promptly cleared our table and served our desserts. Food was delicious, hot and served on time by the professional staff. They mention the dish name before carefully placing it on our table. When we were done, the staff together with Anne and Eugene bid us goodbye and thanked us for dining with them.

We came to grab some take out for lunch but ended up staying for a few ube inspired treats while waiting. The entrance to the cafe is the same one for the ramen place right beside it but the dining areas are separate. We waited a bit for tables and ordered some things to share. The ube shake was really good. I would come by just for the shake alone. Tasty, refreshing and had sago in it. The puto bumbong was interesting with the cheese and the muscovado butter. The leche flan had a citrus tang to it which made it a bit different but had the right consistency. The ube sticky roll and bibingkang were also sweet and tasty. The other food were also nice, like the crispy pancit palabok and hipon in crab fat. but I thought that the ube shake was at the peak of it all.
