Subway - Alachua

This review highlights the outstanding customer service I received. They provided separate packaging and markers to help label each order, which was a thoughtful touch. I ordered a Subway sandwich, but the staff also suggested other options available in the area.

I placed an online order at 1:15 PM for pickup around 1:50 PM. When I arrived at 1:52 PM, I was told to sit and wait. After 30 minutes, there was still nothing ready for pickup. It's possible that my order was completed on time, but there was no communication from the staff letting us know it was ready. I had to ask if the sandwiches were finished, and they simply confirmed that they were in the back. This place serves great sandwiches, but they struggle with handling online orders efficiently. It might be quicker to just go in and place your order directly.

The staff here was very friendly and provided excellent customer service! My sandwich was fantastic, and the ingredients that often lack freshness at other Subway locations, like the tomatoes, were incredibly fresh!

In and out food was fantastic! Thank you to the employees that work hard for a 5 star review. I am grateful.

The people working during lunch are fast and sufficient. Can't complain. However, the only person who I ever see smile is the cashier. It's a bit odd.
