Jack In The Box - Alamo

JOEL took my order in DRIVE THRU n he was amazing so nice and very helpful we need more Joel's in DT's all over ?

Was that drive through employee kept saying give me a few minutes give me a few minutes give me a few minutes more than 10 minutes I won't be coming back to this

Their drive thru sucks. I waited over 40 minutes in their drive thru and couldn’t get out of the line because there was 3 more vehicles behind me and 3 in front. Their diner was not even busy at all and their 4-5 employees were doing NOTHING but chilling behind the counter. I’m not sure if it was only 1 cook but these 4-5 employees could of helped that one cook (if that was the issue)! Never will I EVER go there again!

Great service, food is always given warm and on time.

I love ordering thru the app. I have made mistakes by placing order at wrong Jack-in-the Box and they were so kind in making my order, because the one I placed it at didn't answer or the call wouldn't go thru. They are really considering of customers' mistakes.
