Little Caesars Pizza - Alamo

The lady on the phone was rude and messed up both of our orders. When we tried to clarify, she said they could only provide a stock loan. It was confusing to see how she could still get the order wrong after all of that.

Some employees can be unfriendly, and they don’t offer helpful advice to customers. One cashier was particularly unassisting while handling transactions.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was extremely rude, and the environment was not clean at all. The atmosphere felt unfriendly, and nothing seemed to be prepared, even after waiting in line. When I attempted to speak with the manager, she claimed to be the area manager, but I have serious doubts about that.

Loooove! this locación his pizza his always soft, tasteful, hot and crispy allways! I wish I could make his pizza as great as this place. I still drive 20 minutes to this local event when I have to wait, aditional 20 minutos drive back me narrowest little caesars his hard and dry cinema right at the oven.

This is the third time that the manager has forgotten to check on my order when it comes out. Manager was at the register taking order after order while my pizza got cold on the corner of the table. Then I told him it's been there for a good while now a long with other orders and ignores my comment to help another customer. This store location has gone down hill in the past month. I'll be going somewhere else. Pizza was hard and cold.
