Feedback gevenThis Starbucks has six staff members behind the counter who appear busy but are neglecting the customers in line. It feels disorganized and lacks a customer-focused approach.
The restaurant is consistently lively and busy. They might want to think about enlarging the pickup area to make it easier for customers to collect their drinks without waiting in line after placing an online order. Additionally, the staff could be a bit more friendly. On the positive side, the food and coffee are outstanding—I especially love their cold coffee!
The restaurant is well-organized and runs efficiently, ensuring fast service whether you place your order in person or through a mobile app. There is no indoor seating; instead, you can choose from outdoor seating available on three sides of the building or go for takeout. All guests must wear a mask when entering, and the baristas are situated behind tall plexiglass barriers. The location features clearly marked pathways and standing areas to help maintain social distancing between customers and staff.
I always love having a cup of CE green tea paired with a delicious treat from the bakery. Today, I tried the banana nut bread.
I received the wrong sandwich again, and it didn’t have the sriracha sauce I requested in the app. This is the third time I’ve dealt with this issue. Additionally, it took them 15 minutes to prepare my single refresher drink, even though the restaurant was empty. I would definitely recommend searching for better options elsewhere.
