Subway - Alamo

The subs at this restaurant are delicious and they offer great deals. I visited twice and was surprised to find the staff a bit rude, which is not typically the norm in this area. They also gave me a dirty look when I mentioned I should receive a free cookie through a survey. I think I would prefer to go to the restaurant next door instead.

It is unpleasant when you are trying to have a conversation with someone and they abruptly end the call when you ask a question.

I frequent this restaurant often because I work nearby. I appreciate the consistent great customer service and the cleanliness of the establishment. The prices are fair and they serve generous portions.

I came on my lunch break from work and was excited to grab an Italian BMT for lunch. Double meat and everything, I waited in line and was anticipating my lunch. About three quarters of the way of my sandwich done I was told that they are only taking cash, they took my sandwich and threw it straight into the trash and told me I couldn't be helped. Three other sandwiches were thrown away after the credit card machine hadn't already been working for ten minutes, and they told us verbally after several people walked out. They put up a sign after I suggested it to them, but by then my lunch was already over, terrible management and communication skills to the customer.

I go here every Friday and it's always the same the Chicken club...it takes a bit of time to get it right but finally Success I don't give up and the parking is great in the morning.
