With my wife in sweet wait (very visible chest) challenging the bad weather we put in the car direction Alatri. Once we enter the ice cream shop we stop in front of the window to choose tastes. A gentle girl with short hair and glasses asks us what we needed... I tell him I have to take n. 2 500 gr ice cream tanks to take away. The girl takes the pots and asks for the tastes to put. At the same time from the case we are alerted by a second employee of young age, with black hair. This, with a voice Squillante and to say little arrogant exclamation: It is 18 euros! ...I answer the girl I would have paid after choosing the tastes, but this insistently meant that she was paying first as people had gone away without paying the ice cream. To avoid unnecessary polemics I immediately paid while the gentle girl kept filling the ice cream tanks. Near the case there was a window displaying several bowls full of bulky leccornie (sweet, smarties, cereals etc.) to use as a seal on ice cream or at least so we believed. My wife in sweet wait and eager to garnish her ice cream, asks to buy some peanuts to put on the same, but the employee with black hair in a very arrogant way tells him that such garnishes were to put on yogurt and that she could not sell them after consent of the owner who was not at home. By the way the ice cream was delicious and the seals we bought it in another ice cream shop... A tip to the owner... Education and common sense is the basis to maintain a great local

In the family, we asked if they were serving at the table and, in affirmative response, we sat at one of the less dirty outdoor tables, waiting for some waitress to clean it and to take orders. After about ten minutes, not having seen anyone arrive, we went to order, directly inside, drinks, granite and ice creams, renewing the request to serve them to the table, still to be cleaned. We were told that the cones should have taken them directly (in fact we did just the tray was coming with the rest), while the drinks and the granite would have served us at the table. Shortly afterwards, a very quick waitress arrived (the place was not even full) with a tray containing only the granites, telling us that the drinks could have taken them directly from the fridge inside the room. In all this, the table was not clean despite the third request, the numerous bees buzzed you cheerfully above the general panic, and the ice cream cones, held in hand in the difficult attempt to take from us also the drinks, they dissolved immediately without that we could not even taste them. I haven't eaten such a good ice cream for a long time! And that difficulty to choose among the many tastes proposed, the granite and crepes to the nutella. Bravi really a beautiful terrace dedicated to the taste of ice cream, with tables and many games for children to forget them.... children (not ice cream!!!! Good price quality ratio as well as raw materials and kindness of the orders. Thank you and I'll see you soon.

Despite this ice cream shop it boasts to serve homemade ice cream, the taste is bad and dozen. It has a large playground with inflatables that attracts families with children, but the tables and the floor are always dirty and there is garbage on the ground. The staff is courteous, but the service is very slow.
