Feedback gevenWe went to Impronta for a family event and I was very happy with everything was prepared: fried snacks, focacce, salumi and a delicious risotto.
I went to a business lunch in this restaurant, which I already knew but with the previous management. I was surprised it was empty. We were the only customers. The chef is a very young boy with the ambition that distinguishes all those who undertake this career. the room is neat and the tables are well spaced. the fireplace at the bottom of the room gives a warm atmosphere. the raw print is of excellent quality, also the tuna tataki well cooked but not exceptional. wine paper is adequate. great recommended champagne. the Chef/cameriere was very kind and explained every single dish. price measured to the quality of the dishes. large internal parking.
New reality managed by young cooks and sommeliers) who make their weapon winning of passion. we stayed there before the end of November, at dinner, and we returned today, at lunch. see, look (and put yourself in the pot) the passion of cooks has satisfied us beyond any expectation. Today at lunch, we took first, spaghetti with clams, simply divine, and sweets (to chocolate x wife, and pistachio ice cream and great marnier x me, own production) delicious. of course homemade bread, the surprise of the pre-primo, pre-dolce, and the glasses of a beautiful Sicilian white, all euro. is not cheap, however aligned at the prices of this type of premises, but highly recommended, to try, it is worth it. If you want to experience a food and wine experience, pampered by the quality of the chef's preparations, combined with the wines presented and chosen excellently by the sommelier, this is the right place.
