Big Town Hero - Albany

The sandwiches here are amazing! My favorite is the BLTA. The staff is a delight and they are really great at what they do.

The menu photos were quite outdated, but I’ve added some new ones. The bread was incredibly fluffy, and the food was prepared quickly and tasted fresh—ready even before I had a chance to take a picture of my sandwich. The staff was courteous, and although the lobby could use a bit of modernization, it was clean and that didn’t impact the quality of the food.

Although this place is a chain, I always seem to have a good experience. The operator must be good. They keep a clean shop and I never have to wait more than about 5 minutes or so for my food. I am perfectly happy with my experiences here.

Love their bread. So soft. I usually have the turkey bacon avocado. My husband likes the French dip. I tried a bowl of lobster bisque. I can't recommend it.

We have eaten here many times! Always sandwiches for us, ALWAYS DELICIOUS, always friendly, and we love it. THE BREAD IS TO DIE FOR!! It's perfectly fresh, unbelievably soft, and so very delicious. I'm Italian ... I LOVE my bread.
