Golden Corral - Albany

I haven't visited a Golden Corral in years. Aside from the somewhat unfriendly cashier, our experience was quite pleasant. The server who attended to us checked in frequently, which was nice. The food was what I anticipated from a buffet, and it tasted quite good. There was an abundant variety of dishes available—so much so that even if I tried a little bit of each, I still wouldn't have been able to finish it all!

I took my granddaughter out for a meal, and we had a wonderful time. The food was delicious, and the restaurant was spotless. The buffet offered a variety of fresh options, which I appreciated. My granddaughter was especially thrilled with the chocolate-covered strawberries at the dessert bar. Our waitress was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

Even though the lunch crowd made it quite busy, my experience was truly delightful. A special thanks to Erick! He took care of us throughout our visit. His hospitality and support were top-notch. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was courteous and attentive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that definitely enhanced our time there. I will definitely be returning!

Everything was clean and looked great but all the meat looked dried out. So I didn't even get any on my plate. Service was good at the table but when we 1st walked in the cashier wasn't friendly at all. Didn't greet us. All she asked was dine in or to go box. My husband asked if she was having a good day she yes why. He said well you don't seem happy and have a mad look on your face. She said well working here will do that to ya. He said well find you a job that you like then.

Love love this place. There is a great variety of food. From salads to fruit to pizza to meats and veggies more. Their rolls and special honey butter are so original. Last but not least the chicken is fried to perfection.
