Kuma Ani (wolf Rd) - Albany

This was our first visit, and we will definitely be back! The staff explained the menu and how to customize our dishes. I tried the ultimate ramen and my companion had the peanut ramen, both of which were excellent. He chose his own dish and was very pleased with the ramen. The atmosphere was great, the food was delicious, and although it took some time to prepare, I appreciated that it was made to order and served fresh, rather than sitting in a warmer.

I had an amazing experience at this Japanese restaurant. I ordered the donburi with beef brisket gyudon, which was delicious and topped with my favorite oshinko. My husband tried the spicy chicken wheels, and they were fantastic. The kids enjoyed the sushi with shrimp and pork, which they loved. The service was prompt and the restaurant was very clean. I highly recommend this place!

We had an outstanding dining experience with wonderful aromas and absolutely delicious food. We tried the shumai, spicy Torri-Ramen, and brisket donburi, and everything was fantastic. My daughter loves corn, and they kindly provided us with a side of corn for free. We drove from New Jersey to Lake Placid and wanted to avoid eating at a service area, so this restaurant was a perfect choice. I'm so glad we decided to come here. I highly recommend it!

I will begin this review by saying that I have been in japan, and I have rumbled in japan and it was great. Since then I am looking for good arms near home. the search is finished now. that is not to say that this is the same as the ramen in japan, I believe that this is americanized, which is necessary in view of the expectations of customers and the quality of the meat here in comparison to in japan. the service was excellent, eating was quite fast, and eating itself was excellent. I really liked the pigs. the rarms themselves had a little too much meat and not enough sweet for what I was looking for, but I will build my own next time to get closer to what I was looking for. the broth is absolutely phenomenal and very similar to in japan. I love the fact that I can change the spiciness on the ramen.

Very pleased I decided to stop in Kuma Ani on Wolf Rd in Colonie. Very clean open restaurant. All food is made fresh upon order, cooked presented masterfully. I tried the egg rolls this time. Light, crispy served w/ a delightful sweet chili sauce. I cannot wait to go back try their Ramen the rest of their menu. If you want something amazing for your appetite stop in Kuma Ani, you won't be disappointed.
