Pizza Hut - Albany

Ordered online, it stated it would be ready in 15 minutes. We got their and continued to wait another 30 minutes. The staff was not very sanitary as one would continue to wipe their nose with their gloved hand, touching their face and adjusting their clothing. We will definitely not be back to this pizza hut.

Worst pizza hut ever!! If u plan on getting pizza there beware! My husband and I ordered pizza from there and when got home realized that what was ordered wasn't even right and they over charged us! The past 3 times we've ate there has been the absolute worst!! I'm done with this place!! Go to Hartford city!

Pizza and wings were over done. The wing's meat was hard. The floors needed to be swept and mopped. Over all, the place didn' t appear very clean. I was disappointed with my experience. Pizza Hut was always my favorite, but will now go to Pizza

My family goes here very often, but that 's going to stop as long as the new female manager is there!! She is the most RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL person I 've ever had to deal with!! I thought maybe it was just the way she is on the phone. But NOPE! Not only did she hang up on me but she made rude comments because I was discussing toppings with my wife!! I can 't hear you over the woman in the background! She snapped at me!! Then when I came in to pick up it order, she dropped the boxes on the counter, gave me a dirty look and said thanks bye in a disrespectful tone as she turned her back to me!! I asked for a manager and she turned around and snapped I 'm the manager, can I help you?! I asked what her name was and she said Abby or Abigail? All I know is they 've lost my business until she 's gone!!

Last night, I ordered two Pizza Melts. One was Pepperoni and one was Meat Lover's. Both were greasy with barely any sauce or toppings. My husband was up all night and was very sick and that was the only thing he'd eaten in over 24 hours. I won't be ordering from Pizza Hut again.
