Their times are extremely convenient and they are super polite! I love Chinese food and they are definitely good at what they do. I love their fried wontons

By far the worst Chinese restaurant I've ever ordered fromNever ordering from them again.

This is the best Chinese food in New York stateI got Shuns catered for my daughters christening and everyone loved the food.

I am a student at the university in albany. at 1:30 o'clock I studied for a final in one of my classes and got hungry so I noticed that shun 's kitchen was open until 2:30 o'clock, so I ordered from them and the woman on the phone said 45mins. 2:30 a.m. rolled around and the food had not arrived yet. So I called and they said they'd find out what happened to the supplier. 15 o'clock again. same answer. 3:30 a.m. the supplier called to say he had arrived. at this point I was upset and refused to pay. he didn't let the bag go and said good that they took it or leave it. So I just said to take it back, I don't want it anymore. After I closed the door, he hit his hand on the window and cried a obsceneness. then he called my phone and when I answered him, he said he would do sexually suggestive things to my mother. I hung up and then he called 8 times. I called the restaurant back and complained and they told me they had to talk to the manager and nothing would be solved at the moment.

These types rock. they supply my food in under 10 minutes on a bicycle. sometimes the supplier looks disappointed when I give him a 3 dollar tipp, but he's cool. they never bring me my extra rice I pay, but the rest of the food comes under 10 minutes on a bicycle.
